Attorney/Shareholder

Bill joined Harris, Finley & Bogle in 1979 and became a shareholder in 1984. He represents producers, operators, and landowners in a variety of oil and gas transactions, including buying and selling producing properties, joint development agreements, leasing, operating agreements, and other transactions involving oil and gas assets. He has been board-certified in oil, gas and mineral law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1986. Originally from Houston, he now lives in Fort Worth with his wife, Lissie.
