Dear clients, colleagues, and friends –

We hope you are well. In light of COVID‐19, we want to briefly assure you that we are dedicated to the well‐being of our clients, employees, and community. We have taken and continue to take steps to ensure that we are part of the solution, including minimizing person‐to‐person meetings and, in many cases, working remotely. HFB lawyers and staff are practicing CDC‐recommended measures (frequent hand washing, use of hand sanitizer, maintaining healthy social distancing, etc.). At the same time, HFB is open for business and our lawyers and staff are working diligently. We are committed and fully prepared to continue helping, protecting, and advising our clients during these uncertain times.

With some exceptions, Texas courts are rescheduling most non‐emergency hearings at this time. Your attorney will continue to update you regarding your matter or case, and our attorneys will continue to make in‐person court appearances as required.

If you have not yet done so, we encourage you to review your insurance policies and work with your insurance advisors to determine whether any business losses you may suffer are covered by your business interruption, commercial general liability, or other insurance policies. If you have any questions in that regard, we would be happy to assist you.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update you with any changes. In the meantime, we remain open and available to new client relationships and new matters for our existing clients should the need arise for you or should you wish to refer someone to Harris, Finley & Bogle. We believe our law firm and our clients will overcome the unique challenges we are facing in the days, weeks, and months ahead.

Thank you, and please let us know if you have any questions or we can provide you any assistance.
