Tomi Kay Repass practices primarily in the area of civil appellate litigation. Tomi is a former briefing attorney (1992-1993) and staff attorney (1997-2005) at the Second Court of Appeals in Fort Worth. Tomi served as the court's liason to the Tarrant County Bar Association's Appellate Section, and while in private practice served on the court's Advisory Committee.

Tomi is a graduate of West Texas State University (B. S. 1982) and Texas Tech School of Law (J. D., cum laude, 1992), where she was an Associate Editor of the Texas Tech Law Review. Tomi is a member of the State Bar of Texas Appellate Section and the Tarrant County Bar Association Appellate Section.

Tomi was voted a Top Appellate Lawyer of Tarrant County, Texas, by fellow lawyers in Fort Worth Magazine.
