Thomas D. Powers was
admitted to the Texas Bar in 1975. He graduated from Texas Tech
University (B.S., 1972; J.D., 1975). His practice is principally
in bankruptcy law, and he is Board Certified - Business Bankruptcy
Law and Consumer Bankruptcy Law - Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Mr. Powers is the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Northern District
of Texas, Dallas Division. He is a Master of the John C. Ford Inn
of Court. He is the former Mayor of the City of Grapevine, Texas
