Randall C. Johnson attended Texas Christian University (B.B.A. 1976) and Southern Methodist University (J.D. 1979). He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1979. He is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and the Tarrant County Bar Foundation. He is the past Chair of the Tax and Estate Planning Section of the Tarrant County Bar Association (2000-2001). He also served as a Director of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association (2000-2004).
