Michael V. Fitzpatrick practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation.

Michael was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2002, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas.

Michael is a graduate of St. Mary's University (B.B.A. 1999) and Texas Tech University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2002), where he was a Casenote/Comment Editor (2001-2002) of the Texas Tech Law Review.

Michael is an Associate Member of the American Inns of Court - Eldon B. Mahon division, and a member of the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association, and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
