Jimalee H. Splawn was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2006. She is a graduate of Texas Woman's University (B.S., summa cum laude, 2003) and Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (J.D., 2006). Jimalee was a staff member for the Texas Wesleyan Law Review (2004-2005) and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity.
