Dee S. Finley, Jr., is a founding partner of Harris, Finley & Bogle, P.C. His practice is primarily in real estate, corporate, and banking law. He is Board Certified - Commercial Real Estate Law - Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Dee was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1970. He is a graduate of the University of Texas (B.B.A., 1967; J.D., 1970). Dee is a member of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel, a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and a former member of the Council of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. He has served on the Estate Planning and Probate Advisory Commission
to the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and on the Property
Code Committee, Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section, State
Bar of Texas. He has also served as a member and chairman of the
Real Estate Law Advisory Commission to the Texas Board of Legal
Specialization. He served as Co-Course Director, 1988 Advanced
Real Estate Law Course, State Bar of Texas, and on the Planning
