Charles B. Harris attended Texas A&M University (B.S., 1949) and the University of Texas (LL.B., with honors, 1957). His practice is primarily in oil and gas law, and estate planning and probate law. He is a Fellow of the American College of Probate Counsel, a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and past Chairman of the Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Section, State Bar of Texas. He is also Board Certified - Estate Planning and Probate Law and Oil, Gas and Mineral Law - Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is past Chairman of the Oil, Gas and Mineral Law Advisory Commission to the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
