 About Mac

Mac was born and raised in Parker County, Texas and has practiced law in Weatherford and Parker County for more than 40 years. Early in his career Mac was elected and served three terms as the Parker County District Attorney. After leaving office, he entered private practice where he has gained a reputation throughout the State of Texas for his excellence in handling complicated, high-profile criminal and civil cases, and his dedication to fighting for the rights of his clients. He is a respected litigator/trial attorney, whose courtroom experience in high-profile trials brings proven results.

He and his wife, Janice Smith, a retired high school teacher for Weatherford ISD, have two daughters, two grandsons, and two granddaughters.
