 About Ken

Ken Adair assists developers, lenders, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and other business owners and individuals  in commercial real estate and banking transactions. Ken is an experienced member of the Harris, Finley & Bogle team. His work includes representation of multifamily and commercial developers, business owners, and individuals in the acquisition, development, construction, leasing, and disposition of real estate assets and representation of both lenders and borrowers in complex acquisition and interim construction loans. Ken also assists landowner clients in the negotiation of oil and gas surface use, pipeline, and access agreements. Ken has experience managing multi-state transactions and has helped clients acquire both fee and leasehold ranch lands and negotiate grazing and hunting leases.

Ken is Board-Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is a member of the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, the Society of Commercial Realtors, and the Texas Association of Bank Counsel.
