 About Jimalee

Jimalee Splawn has been with Harris, Finley & Bogle since 2006. Jimalee practices law in the areas of estate planning, probate, and business transactional. She advises and assists clients in developing estate and gift plans, and guides personal representatives through the probate process. Jimalee assists clients with the formation of business entities and related transactional matters.  Jimalee also assists with various oil and gas issues in the context of her other practice areas.

Jimalee is a member of the American Bar Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association. She is a member of the Women Attorneys, the Tax & Estate Planning, and the Fort Worth Business & Estate Council sections of the Tarrant County Bar Association. She is a past board member of the Women Attorneys section and past Chair of the Tax and Estate Planning section. She is currently serving as Treasurer of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association. Jimalee is involved with the Tarrant County Volunteer Attorney Services and serves as a committee member.
